If you want to be an expert at fishing the elusive, acrobatic rainbow trout, you need to learn a few things about rainbow trout first. In fact, the more you learn about the rainbow trout, their habits and behaviors, and their environment, the better at rainbow trout fishing you will become.

Rainbow trout, just like other trout, tend to have a preference of one food over another.
