Saltwater is extremely corrosive and can quickly damage even the best premium saltwater fishing tackle you can buy. It is suggested that you rinse off all of your saltwater fishing tackle after each saltwater fishing use to remove the salt. Running the saltwater fishing tackle under fresh water and drying will help ensure that the saltwater fishing tackle remains in good condition and will last for several seasons.
