Fishing Charters As Customer Employee Incentive

from: Rob Lore

Fishing charters used as customer and employee incentives can make a huge difference. If you have found that the environment of your workplace is gloom and doom, it is time for a change. If the employees drag into work and can't wait to click the time clock to go home, it is time to do something! If you are looking for a way to add extra for your customers, using fishing charters as customer incentives may just be your answer.

Everyone wants to be noticed and appreciated, no matter whether they are employees or customers. Go that extra step and acknowledge that you appreciate all your employees hard work or business they are likely to keep coming back. Often times one of the leading reasons for low morale is the employee's perception that management does not have their best interests at heart. If employees feel overworked and under appreciated you will likely see them dragging around.

Many company owners have discovered that by offering an incentive, drawing or some other goodies for the employees, it can make the world of difference. Fishing charters used as customer and employee incentives does not have to be across the world or a high dollar extravagance, just a token of appreciation.

You can arrange for a fishing charter as a customer or employee incentive to a local lake or a nearby town. There are a number of packages that many outfitters offer that can provide a much needed weekend of rest and relaxation. Many employers will set guidelines for employees after implementing fishing charters as customer or employee incentives plan.

Depending on the type of work that your employees produce will determine the guidelines for the trip. If it is order taking or processing, then it may be that you set a minimum number of orders to qualify for the trip. Drawing, random selection or top seller or producer can also be the selection method. Whatever the method, it works. Employees work harder without even knowing it. They want to be considered for that much needed trip.

Also there is a great deal of competition in today's business world. You need to be able to set yourself apart from other companies. A good way to do that is to offer your clients an incentive. This gives them a little something to draw them in for the sale. They are led to believe that you are considerate of them and their business. Fishing charters as customer employee or incentives can really get you that needed business! Give it a try and watch the numbers rise.
